親愛的主內弟兄姊妹：

神果然為我們成就了大事。藉著您的代禱和同工，新心音樂事工已邁入第十年的服事，經歷了神無盡的恩典與慈愛。在神的帥領下，我們將繼續朝著主領以神為中心的敬拜，培育下一代音樂與敬拜人才，和服事人的方向努力。每當我們朝著這些目標邁進的時候，心裡實在感到神的喜悅與祝福。 

今天神正在行一件新事。祂為新心預備了新的事工中心 ─ 一幢座落在１.６英畝的空地， ９０００平方英呎的獨立式建築。這棟建築將成為我們的事工總部、音樂學院、資源中心和關懷中心。它為事工帶來了嶄新的發展空間。 

這個購置新家的計劃將花費＄１,０００,０００美元。謝謝您這些年來和我們並肩努力服事。我們深信，神會再一次透過您的支持來供應我們全數的需要。您願意為我們禱告並慷慨地奉獻嗎？讓我們一同來經歷神所行的新事！

Words from our Pastor

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,  

God has indeed done great things through your prayers and our partnership. New Heart Music Ministries has just celebrated our 10th anniversary. God has been gracious to us. We discern that God wants us to continue to lead God-centered worship, mentor the next generation of worship musicians, and focus on people ministry. We feel God’s pleasure every time we engage in these areas of ministry. 

He is doing a new thing today. He opened doors for the ministry to secure a new home – a free-standing building of 9000 square feet sitting on 1.6 acre of land. This building will give us a lot of flexibility in developing our ministry. It will serve as headquarters, a school, a resource center, and a caring center. 

The new building will cost US$1,000,000. As how you have supported us in the past, we believe God will provide all of our needs by working through you again. Would you please pray for us and send us your most generous gift? Together we can experience the new thing God is doing.

我們的新家 (回頁首）

最近，新心音樂事工有一個非常重要的發展及地點計劃。我們正在接洽購買一座９０００平方英呎的獨立式建築來作辦公教學使用，其座落在一處安靜的地方，有５０個停車位，除此之外還有１.６英畝的空地可做將來的發展使用。神真的應允了我們的禱告。  

隨著事工的發展，過去兩三年我們一直感到所租用的２０００平方英呎辦公空間已不敷使用。此情況嚴重地影響音樂學院的課程與發展，團隊排練和產品的存貨及銷售。兩年來我們不斷地祈禱且積極尋找一個新的地方，在其間也看過幾個地方，但都不合適或是談不攏。就在上個月當我們快要簽下新的租約前，仲介提及這個辦公建築出售的事，負責這事的委員們隨即前去探查這棟建築且一致認為這是神為新心所預備的地方。經過將近一個月的協商討論，買賣方終於簽署合約。神賜給新心這個出乎意料的新家，讓我們 “好像做夢的人。我們滿口喜笑、滿舌歡呼” (詩篇１２６：１－２)。

Our New Home

Recently, there is a very important development in our ministry. We are purchasing a free-standing building of 9264 square feet, centrally located in a quiet office park, to become our new office. The building has 50 parking spaces and is sitting on 1.6 acre of land available for future development. This is indeed an answered prayer. 

In the past two to three years, we have out-grown our current office space of 2000 square feet. It has seriously curtailed our classes, rehearsals, and production. Consequently, two years ago we began to pray and actively seek God for a future home. We have looked at several other locations, none of which were suitable. Last month right before we signed a contract for a new rental property, the broker contacted us about the availability of this building. Our building committee went to survey the building and felt this is the place God has prepared for us. After a month of negotiation, we finally signed the contract! God astonishes as by giving us a new home, we are “like men who dreamed. Our mouths were filled with laughter, our tongues with songs of joy” (Psalm 126:1-2).

這棟建築出現的時機實在是再好不過的了。神的作為實在奇妙，這棟建築不但適合我們的需要，提供許多發展的空間和很多的可能性。

事工中心  

這棟建築將成為我們的事工中心來管理和調配新心在美國和世界各地的服事。這裡能提供同工和義工們足夠的空間來創作詩歌、編曲、及排練等，同時也有地方來召開大型研討會、訓練課程、事工會議、和嘗試新的想法及課程。

音樂學院

這棟建築將使我們有大約二十個教學空間，如此我們將能每學期增辦至十五種課程，我們也將規劃出一間小禮堂作音樂演奏會和學生發表會來使用，也有足夠空間來舉辦大規模的敬拜讚美會議、專題研討會、和密集訓練課程如弦樂營、JAM等營會。我們期望有十到十二位兼職或全職老師能同時教學。屆時將能提供更多機會給基督徒音樂教師和我們一起服事。 

資源中心

額外的空間將讓我們有地方來編寫新的教學資源及修訂既有的教材以符合敬拜事工的需要。我們打算建造一間專業錄音室及一間有錄製視聽器材多媒體室。這座新辦公中心將幫助我們不斷地擴充編製敬拜資源，藉著這些資源幫助世界各地的教會和敬拜音樂事奉者。

關懷中心  

我們希望這座新辦公室能幫助服事更多有需要的人。我們將設置一間禱告室來為有需要的人代求，並且不斷地為新心事工的方向來尋求神的旨意。願新心能成為更多人的祝福，提供世界各地的傳道人及教會同工來接受訓練的機會，並且讓我們可以彼此分享分擔和代禱。

Our Dream 

The building could not have come at a better time. God has indeed done great things for us. The building fits us well and gives us a lot of development opportunities. The possibilities are endless!

Headquarters

This building will serve as an administration center for us to direct our ministry here in the United States and around the world. The building will provide sufficient space for our staff and volunteers as they engage in the creative process of song-writing, arranging, and rehearsing. Additionally, we can conduct various conferences, meetings, and training.

School

This building will give us about 20 teaching rooms, which will give us the flexibility to offer up to 15 classes per semester. We will have a chapel for concerts and student recitals, which will give us the flexibility to host our annual summer string camp, JAM worship camp for youth, and other intensive camps centered on music and worship. We envision 10 to 12 part-time or full-time teachers teaching simultaneously. It will give us an advantage to engage more Christian music teachers to teach and serve with us.

Resource Center

The additional space will give us a place to produce new teaching materials and revise old materials in order to meet the needs of the ministry. We will develop a professional studio for recording projects and an audio-visual room for multi-media production. Our new office will also accommodate our ever-growing worship resources and make them available for churches and worship musicians around the world.

Caring Center 

Our prayer is that the new office will help us to more effectively minister to people and impact lives for God’s kingdom. We will have a prayer room to pray for people in need and to discern God’s purpose for this ministry. We pray that our ministry will become a place where ministers from other countries may come for training and to share their skills, knowledge, and prayer needs with us.

Our Need

The project will cost US$1,000,000 (US$725,000 for the building and about US$275,000 for remodeling). As we prayed for God’s guidance, He reminded us to focus on the ministry of ushering people into His presence through music and not on the financial needs. He assured us of His faithfulness and that He will provide. Therefore, we pledge to continue working to change lives and impact worship culture by His grace. 

We believe He will provide all of our needs by working through you. Thank you for standing with us all these years. When the child gave Jesus his lunch, five small barley loaves and two small fish, he witnessed the feeding of the five thousand. Today, we are standing at the threshold of experiencing something extraordinary. Someone said, “Without God, we cannot; but without us, God would not.” God always works through His people to accomplish His purpose. When we are willing to give our all to Him, He will take it and transform it into a blessing for many people around the world. Are you willing?

Your Participation

We would like to invite you to participate with us in this faith journey. First, would you earnestly pray for us during this important juncture of our ministry? God works mightily through the prayers of His people, and we cannot accomplish anything apart from prayer.  

Secondly, we will need a large sum of money by the end of this year in order to close the transaction to obtain the new building. Would you consider sending your most generous gift towards the building fund? We have divided the amount of US$1,000,000 in several smaller support units. Would you please give towards these units according to what God purposes in your heart? We are thankful for any amount or unit.

我們必不致缺乏，因耶穌承諾：「你們要給人，就必有給你們的，並且用十足的升斗，連搖帶按，上尖下流的倒在你們懷裡；因為你們用甚麼量器量給人，也必用甚麼量器量給你們」(路 6：38)。

We will never be able to out-give God. Jesus promised, “Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you” (Luke 6:38).
