The electronic keyboard is being widely used as a second instrument (in addition to the piano or guitar) in a typical worship team. This brings about many possibilities in the musical aspects of worship. However, as many keyboard players are trained on the traditional piano, they often face considerable difficulties in adapting to this new instrument and in blending musically with other instruments in the worship team. In response to these difficulties, this keyboard class explores the role of the electronic keyboard in a typical worship team and focuses on various aspects of keyboard playing. This class is especially suitable for musicians who play the electronic keyboard alongside another pianist or guitarist in the worship team.

电子键盘在典型的敬拜团队中常常是继钢琴或吉他之后所用的第二件乐器。它的加入为敬拜音乐带来了新的领域。然而，因为弹奏电子键盘的乐手大多都是以弹奏钢琴为基础，因此在转而弹奏电子键盘时常常感到不知所措，也不知如何与团队中的其他乐手配搭。这个训练课程将会针对这些人的需要，探讨电子键盘在敬拜团队中所扮演的角色，并在弹奏电子键盘的技巧上给予指导。这个训练课程特别适合在敬拜团队中与其它钢琴手或吉他手配搭的键盘手参加。

The electronic keyboard is an extremely versatile instrument and depending on the sound chosen, can play different roles in the worship team. This class seeks to explore these potential roles as well as the principles in determining when these roles should be applied.

电子键盘是一个多功能性的乐器。它可以以不同的音色在敬拜团队中扮演不同的角色。课程将深入探讨电子键盘所能够扮演的角色，并提出如何适当地选择在什么情况下扮演什么角色。

Keyboard players are often dumbfounded when it comes to choosing an appropriate sound on the electronic keyboard. This class provides keyboardists with a guide for choosing an appropriate sound on the electronic keyboard.

电子键盘手常为选择适当的音色而感到困惑。课程将为大家提供一些指引，让大家能够妥善地选择电子键盘上的音色。

The way to play the electronic keyboard potentially changes with every change in sound. This class suggests different ways of playing the electronic keyboard with consideration to the sound chosen.

电子键盘的弹奏法与所选择的的音色有非常密切的关系。不同的音色可能意味不同的弹奏方法。课程将以一些选定的音色为考量，提供一些电子键盘的弹奏小贴士。

This class uses practical examples to illustrate how the electronic keyboard can be combined with piano or guitar in a worship team setting, and in doing so creating a musical effect that enhances worship.

课程将以实际例子探讨电子键盘如何与敬拜团队中的钢琴或吉他搭配，以达到最佳的音乐效果，使敬拜音乐更加丰富。

The class addresses several practical issues commonly faced by the keyboardist, including the blending of the instrument into the worship team, acoustic considerations etc.

课程将提出一些键盘手在实践上所常遇见的难题，并尝试作出解答。这包括如何使电子键盘融入敬拜团队，以及关于音响的一些问题等等。

Violinist / Keyboardist / Arranger / Composer. Ngee Ping is an active volunteer with New Heart Singapore and has participated in New Heart tours in Singapore, Malaysia and China. He is also the leader and arranger of the string ensemble / worship team in Providence Presbyterian Church. Having more than 10 year's experience in worship ministry, Ngee Ping regularly conducts worship classes in churches and seminaries in Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan and China. Some of Ngee Ping’s arrangements and compositions are used widely among churches and are included in several recording productions. Ngee Ping graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Degree in Chemical Engineering. He now works as a department manager in a US-based pharmaceutical company.

提琴／键盘手、编曲/作曲者。毅斌是新心音乐事工的义务同工，曾经多次跟随新心音乐事工在新加坡、马来西亚、台湾和中国各教会中服侍。他也在新加坡长老会恩泽堂弦乐/敬拜小组担任音乐指导和编曲。毅斌从事敬拜服侍已有十多年之久，并常在新加坡、马来西亚和中国的教会和神学院中教导有关敬拜的课程。毅斌音乐作品常在教会中被广泛使用，有些也被收录到一些录音制作当中。毅斌毕业于新加坡国立大学化学工程系，现在一家美国药剂公司担任部门经理。
