Refund and Exchange Policy

• Defective physical items are returnable within 15 days upon receipt of the products. Upon receipt of the defective item, replacement items will be shipped to the customer at New Heart Music Ministries’ cost.

• Unopened, non-defective physical items: No cancellation or refund. Item can only be exchanged within 15 days upon receipt of the products with the customer paying the shipping fees.

• Opened, non-defective physical items: No refund

• Downloadable products: No refund
